Pennsylvania grants Enteractive a service licence.
Licensees may use Enteractive's (Re)Activation Cloud technology to reach specific groups of customers, such as those who have signed up but haven't made a deposit, in Pennsylvania's massive betting market of 9.5 million.
"After the early success Enteractive has seen in the US market and the positive way players are responding to our one-to-one personal approach, we are proud to announce that we are expanding our reach into Pennsylvania state," said Andrew Foster, CBO at Enteractive, of the new licence.
It's reassuring to know that the United States audience responds well to the personalised, qualitative approach we use on behalf of operator brands everywhere else in the world.
"With this Pennsylvania licence in addition to our New Jersey licence, we are available to support player retention for sportsbooks in the two largest online gambling states in the US," said Mikael Hansson, CEO of Enteractive. Our adventure across the pond is becoming more thrilling every day now that we're working with some of the most well-known businesses in the United States.
The firm that specialises in customer retention has made public its participation in the Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) marketplace platform.
"Having worked closely with GiG's partners in the past, we're thrilled and honoured to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients," said Andrew Foster, CBO of Enteractive, following the company joined GiG's platform.
